About This Show

Sara Kramer, currently starring as Sophie in Broadway’s Mamma Mia!, and Liana Stampur, formerly of the children’s chorus of the Metropolitan Opera, headline a cabaret to benefit the youth programs of the New York Civil Liberties Union, the New York state affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union.

In support and celebration of NYCLU’s Teen Health Initiative work, The New Voices For Civil Liberties Benefit Concert will recognize the new voices of civil liberties: the peer educators of the Teen Health Initiative, the winners of the NYCLU’s First Amendment Essay/Poster/Spoken Word Contest, and the recipient of the 2005 ACLU Youth Activist Scholarship.
