The Manhattan Monologue Slam

The Manhattan Monologue Slam is a first in New York City: This one of a kind theatre slam is a one-hour show that features ten exciting NYC actors, performing one short monologue, in front of a jazzed crowd at the Cornelia Street Cafe. What’s at stake? Dinner for two at the venue, a one on one consultation with a NYC casting agent and of course the right to be called: “The Manhattan Monologue Slam Champion” (and the challenge of defending the “MMS Trophy” the following month.) Features current champion Natasha Price, as well as, Michele Carlo, Master Lee, Fire Lauren, Luigi Scorcia, Darryl B. Reilly, Philip Galinsky, Marlene Duperely (previous champ), Walter Hoffman, and Galinsky. Our special Judge is of David McDermott of Jordan, Gill & Dornbaum Talent Agency.
