The girls sing and dance your seasonal favorites, including their naughty interpretation of a Nutcracker favorite, as well as hip hop, Broadway, disco, pop, and Middle Eastern tunes. You won't be able to get enough of these holiday presents, unwrapped just for you! Once described as the "Plus-Size Pussycat Dolls," The Glamazons were started by Meryl "Lady" Finger and have been around for 4 years. The girls have been featured in all the top NYC clubs, including The Rainbow Room, The Supper Club, The Roxy, Avalon, Fez and Joe's Pub. They have traveled to Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Italy, and New Jersey and have been featured on television programs such as the WB11 Morning News, CW11 Morning News, Good Day New York, The Restaurant and Nancy Goddesses Cable Access (shown in Brooklyn and Queens). On the radio, The Glamazons have been featured on Derek and Romaine on Sirius OutQ and The Joey Reynolds Show on WOR. They have also been featured in magazines, such as Figure, BBW, Bust, and most recently, a coffee table book of large size knitwear called Big Girl Knits. The girls also moonlight as plus size models for wonderful designers including Abby Z and Monif C. In addition to their performance at The Cutting Room, The Glamazons also appear at Mo Pitkins.
