About This Show

“Step right up… step right up…10 women…1 apartment building… dozens of dilemmas… 1 performer. Will they watch? Will they ride? Play it safe? Take the risk? Only one chance per person. Watch them navigate life’s carnival of choices.”

Stacy Lee Tilton, a charismatic mezzo with a rich and soulful voice, combines her uncanny sense of comic timing with a conviction to plumb the emotional depths of her characters. Midway Point reveals the lives of a group of women, the carousels of their patterns, the emotional roller coasters they face and the dizzying choices available to them in the midway. Under the direction of Thomas Mills and David Brunetti, Stacy Lee Tilton will perform songs by John Kander & Fred Ebb, Jason Robert Brown, Tom Lehrer, Alan Menken & David Spencer, Brian Lasser, Maury Yeston, Stephen Flaherty & Lynn Ahrens, Paula Cole, Indigo Girls and various others.

“One of the pleasures of covering cabaret is the discovery of new talent. Her name is Stacy Lee Tilton. Remember it. Rarely do we find a more seasoned performer with such a well-crafted act or such a poised, talented entertainer. A long and lean actress/singer, Tilton performs her musical material in theatrical fashion going from conflicted to defiant to displaying a vibrant sense of humor. Stacy Lee Tilton’s talent is as tall as she is herself.” – Scott & Barbara Siegel, Show Business Weekly

“This is a gal with loads of talent, wonderful vocals and great acting skills. Her shows are always entertaining.” Stu Hamstra, Cabaret Hotline Online
