Woyzeck

Axis Theatre presents a multi-media production of Georg Buchner’s WOYZECK. The story follows a Slavic soldier who, persecuted by his Prussian superiors, finally determines to murder the wife who has betrayed him. Beginning with Buchner’s terminal fever while writing the play, Axis presents this story of a common world’s transformation into the nightmarish, horror of Woyzeck’s planet.
