Actors of the World present Winter Under The Table, a poetic comedy that reveals American immigration issues by combining French satirical humour with Latin American passion for life. Based on the French Comedy L?Hiver Sous La Table by Roland Topor.
In the play, an alluring woman from New York decides to sublet the underside of her dining-room table to an immigrant from Latin America. At her feet, and under the spell of exotic Latin rhythms, their relationship emerges despite cultural and class obstacles.
Part of the New York International Fringe Festival.
