About the Show

We Have to Stop Now is a new work about a day in the life of a New York psychotherapist, directed by Ruti Rosen, written by Aïda M. Croal and Ruti Rosen in collaboration with the cast by way of improvisation. In the play, three young New Yorkers escape from their chaotic and confusing lives once a week in the safe, quiet environment of their therapy. The play is a collage of their individual sessions, each stretching the personna of their “shared” therapist to new limits.
