See what’s blooming in the Women’s Project’s Labs! This season, WP launches HotHouse, a new play development series created by WP Lab artists. The inaugural HotHouse production is Wapato.

Driven by curiosity and yesterday’s windstorm, four women of a certain age venture forth from their assisted living facility and stumble upon the Oregon Trail. Lust in the dust, a funeral pyre of stray socks, and a chance meeting with a legendary rebel are just the beginning of their journey into a wilderness both real and surreal.
