Tower of Babble

Tower of Babble, a new solo comedy show, is written and performed by actress, Jennifer Ostrega, who last year was identified by NBC’s artist development series as an up and coming comedic performer.

The show provides comic relief to anyone who has ever struggled to find a footing during a climate of economic uncertainty and lay-offs. Ostrega parodies the enigmatic corporate rhetoric that confounds the employed and unemployed alike and features a collage of characters throughout the corporate hierarchy, from a puppetmaster at the public library to a Vice President of investor relations. With minimal staging and sound effects to complement, Ostrega’s characters present real life vignettes that take the audience on a journey into an assortment of cubicles.
