A play that follows Samantha “Sam” Maddock, a quirky, frustrated and conflicted young woman. Should she be a sensible girl, succumb to the will and desires of those around her, or should she go out on a limb – take that risk – let it rip – and fly? The question confronting Sam is one we all face: to tap into the true essence of who we are, strive for authenticity – reach for the stars, our dreams; or should we go stay the safe and comfortable route.
