Written by Fred Newman between 1996 and 2003 for performances at the American Psychological Association’s conventions, The Therapy Plays wittily deconstruct (and debunk) psychology’s most cherished beliefs. This postmodern vaudeville brings Freud, Piaget, Kafka, Marx, Vygotsky, Wittgenstein, and other celebrity thinkers together on the Castillo stage.
