About This Show
Drama Committee Repertory Theatre presents The Retreat, a tragic-farce written and directed by Arthur Reel, partly-based on the short story “Enemies” by Anton Chekhov. A tormented doctor is bewildered by the sexual shenanigans of an eclectic group he encounters; people who are desperate to add any kind of excitement into their pedantic lives.
