Back in the 1980s, The Lounge played host to the best and the brightest. For a brief moment in time, it was where the fast-living, the famous, and the fabulous went to drink the best champagne, snort the best cocaine, and be entertained by the best no-name singers, comedians, and dancers you’ve never heard of; and never will. In the center of it all was former lip-synch Arby McFay – now the fearless, ambitious Emcee who rules The Lounge and the lives of his cast: a lovesick comedian, a fallen pop idol, assorted social misfits, and two life-size roaches who desperately want to be human.Time has changed this legendary lounge – until one night when the old guard and the new blood meet to reclaim their place in the world and spark a whole new era of entertainment.The Lounge is closing on Sunday, October 27 at 5:00 pm
