The Gay Naked Play

Emerging Artists Theatre/Theatrical Fare present the return of The Gay Naked Play, by David Bell. Christopher Borg and Jason Bowcutt co-direct.

The play, brought to you by the same demented minds behind the hits What The F*#k? and Bernadette and The Butcher Of Broadway, is a cautionary farce about the love/hate relationship between theater and money. Our heroes, a young married couple and their small Midtown Manhattan theatre company, “The Integrity Players” have sworn to produce only principled and sincere Art. Unfortunately, due to apathetic audiences and poor ticket sales, the bankrupt integrity players will have to close for good without some quick cash. The desperate artists warily turn their fate over to a trendy trio of gay self-promoters with a recipe for a sure-fire hit: glitzy gay comedy and naked performers.
