The Forever Waltz

In The Forever Waltz, a man arrives in the underworld in search of his love, only to find a mysterious guitar-wielding guide who may or may not be able to help him. He begins to mistake the underworld for the real world, and is caught there until he can break a cycle of violence. Passion, retribution, fate and forgiveness collide in this contemporary take on Orpheus.

The Workshop Theater and Verse Theater Manhattan present the world premiere of this play by noted British poet and playwright Glyn Maxwell. Elysa Marden directs.
