Invisible City Theatre Company is proud to present the U.S. premiere of Václav Havel’s The Beggar’s Opera, translated by Paul Wilson and directed by Jonathan Silver. Havel’s adaptation of John Gay’s classic tale of gangsters and whores is a savagely funny satire of money and morals, love and lust, and greed and betrayal.
