About the Show

Jean Genet’s controversial play explores the tension between political demands and the rights of the individual. The Balcony follows the delusional patrons of a brothel as they play unwitting roles in a revolution. Genet presents a string of stunning and macabre scenes, all of which reflect his caustic view of humanity and society.

The cast features Larry Pine, Angelica Torn, Larry Block, Bob Heller, Bob Sonderskov, Alexander Eitel, Cristina Doikos, Elizabeth DeSantis, and Ronald Rand. Stephan Morrow directs.
