Tango Buenos Aires

Tango Buenos Aires has become one of Argentina’s great cultural exports, known throughout the Americas, Europe and the Far East as the most authentic and uncompromising representative of the Tango. Often called “Turbo Tango,” the troupe is known to turn up the heat for a fervid, sexy and flamboyant show rich in tradition. An edgy ensemble of live musicians (bandoneons) along with 12 tango dancers perform flashy choreography with attitude and strong physicality while taking audiences through the history of tango, from its tough-guy origins as a dance for lonely men in the 1880s through its cleaned-up society whirling and dipping provocative form.
