SwampKing – A Brooklyn Vaudeville

At least once a month, the Brooklyn Lyceum hosts a tourney of anywhere from 5-7 plays called SwampKing – A Brooklyn Vaudeville. Drama, comedy, musical or monologue. No limitations. Just the good stuff. The plays compete for a $100 prize as voted by the house and the resident judge.

This is a one-shot only chance to see new work by new and exciting playwrights. Mix the plays up with a musical guest, comedy, video and dance, stir in an Em-Cee and Voila – Vaudeville, Gowanus Style.
