Steel Magnolias takes a tough and delicate look at female friendships — specifically, at how a symphony of Southern women challenge, laugh, educate, and comfort one another. Stomping Ground is proud to present Robert Harling’s work at a time when so many strong female voices, both political and artistic, are calling out for all of us — men and women — to care for each other and to find unity through diversity.
