About This Show

12 Actors, 12 Ten-Minute Plays, and the audience votes for their favorite new playwright! Fn Productions presents Stage THIS! an evening of Fn fabulous ten-minute plays. The twelve ten-minute plays in this collection were all winners of Fn Productions’ and E-MergingWriters.com’s ‘Stage THIS!’ Ten-Minute Playwriting Competition. The audience members will be able to vote on their favorite ten-minute play, resulting in a cash award for the winning playwright.

The evening includes:

An elderly woman reminisces the day she fell in love and her first taste of moonshine.

“Night Nurse” by Cara Vander Wiel
Nurse Nellie has a secret…and she’s sharing it with her comatose patient.

“Our Little Angel” by Steven Korbar
Couple are happily married until left alone with daughter’s tempting bag of Halloween candy.

“Piney Ridge” by La’Chris Jordan
A gripping story of racial tension in 1920s Virginia.

“Saturday Night Newtown, Sunday Morning Enmore” by Alex Broun
A regretful one night stand turns out to be a dream come true (sort of).

“Terror, Astonishment, Love” by Evelyn J. Pine
Members of the Society for Free Love are transformed by the moving picture machine.

“The Last Box” by J. Michael Harper
A man and woman fight over the last box of condoms in a drug store.

“The New Wife” by Wendy-Marie Foerster
