Songs of Paradise

Songs of Paradise mixes old-time comedy revue, operetta schmaltz, and a dash of mime to create a satiric retelling of the Book of Genesis in English and in Yiddish. This “newish musical” features a book by Miriam Hoffman and Rena Borow, with music by Rosalie Gerut and lyrics by Itzki Manger. Avi Hoffman directs.
