About the Show

Winner of the ‘Best New Script’ award at the 2001 Toronto Fringe Festival, Root of All Squares is a curious comedy on the nature of property rights and the value of persons, played out on a bare stage in the confines of a
taped-off square. Featuring Ray Besharah (G-Men Defectives) and Anne Wyman (Can’t Get
Started), the play poses the serious question "Where does value come from?" and comes up with hilarious results.
