“What happens when you mix drugs, alcohol, painting, memories, pussy willows, ice cream with sprinkles, voices out of nowhere, and love? You get one confused woman with a lot of healing to do.”
Queens of Heart is a new play, written and directed by Sabura Rashid, about a woman who hears voices, and wants to know why. Queens of Heart, which was first developed with the TSI/Playtime Series, features Angela Rostick as Sarah J. Lewis, the vulnerable artist who fights with her own addiction, old loves, and personal demons to discover the truth of who she really is.
Performances begin: May 10, 2024
