About This Show

Christopher Kennedy presents his one-man performance piece, Pulling Strings, a piano tuners view of life through the eyes of the people whose instruments he has served. Myrna Paris makes a special appearance. The Sullivan County Democrat calls the show “a delight” and “a rare treat.”

Christopher Kennedy is the resident Piano Technician at the Metropolitan Opera House, a position he’s held for the past five years, and has also served as the resident Piano Technician of the Shandelee Music Festival for the past 12 years. He has helped pianists be “one with their instrument” with his presentation “Piano Technology for the Performing Pianist” which has been featured at The Juilliard School of Music, the Shandelee Music Festival, the Northern NJ Piano Teacher’s Association, and as a lecture series at the 92nd St Y School of Music.
