Pieces of the Throne

Pieces of the Throne is an original adaptation of Sophocles’ Antigone written and performed by members of Epic Theater Center and 25 area high school students as a part of their Antigone Congress program. The legend of the daughter of Oedipus sentenced to death after illegally giving her brother a proper burial has been rewritten to reflect themes and issues that resonate today.
