Mushroom in Her Hands

Mushroom in Her Hands is a wonderfully tart play inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Told through a series of vignettes featuring encounters with fantastical creatures from Wonderland, the play explores the sexual and intellectual awakening of a young girl. The classic theme of the student passing the master is central to Alice’s gradual recognition of what she really wants. Directed by Julie Fei-Fan Balzer.
