L’chayim

When struggling actor-waiter Benjamin returns to his family home in Yonkers to visit his recently widowed mother, he finds that she is anything but alone. What’s worse, the man to whom she’s suddenly engaged is closer in age to Benjamin than herself! Over the course of one stormy evening, Benjamin attempts to make sense of his mother’s new arrangement as suspicions linger concerning his mom’s new beau. Can Benjamin bring himself to raise a glass and say “L’Chayim?”
