Laughing All the Way from the Sperm Bank follows Ms. Tattenbaum-Fine as she weaves through a cavalcade of quirky characters. We meet an alternative-therapy addict, a staunchly pro-life teenager and her opinionated plastic fetus, and a washed up German cabaret star. Everybody thinks they’ve got it right, including the woman who lives in a shoe.
