Frog & Peach Theatre Company will present Shakespeare’s tragedy as it continues its fifth season of producing Shakespeare on the Upper West Side. Director Ted Zurkowski’s production of KING LEAR shows what happens when a father has committed incest with two of his three daughters and then decides to give away all of his wealth and power. This complex play studies the destruction of a family and the downfall of an absolute tyrant. Award-winning actor Jaime Sanchez will portray the angst-ridden king.-dlm
