About This Show

John Goldfarb, Please Come Home! is a new musical comedy about love, spy planes, harem girls, and the Notre Dame football team – complete with belly dancing and a Middle Eastern score.

The time is somewhere in the mid 1960s. The King of Fawzi Arabia is upset when his son, Prince Ammud, returns home from America distraught at having been cut from the Notre Dame football team. The King vows to help his son achieve his dream of playing American football. Meanwhile, a U.S. spy plane goes astray as fighter pilot/former college gridiron star John “Wrong Way” Goldfarb lands not in Russia but in Fawzi Arabia. At the same time, star reporter (and thorn in Goldfarb’s side) Jenny “Iceberg” Ericson bribes her way into the King’s harem to write an exposé. When all three worlds collide, watch out!
