Joe

Richard Maxwell’s Joe is the story of one man as told through six people, each portraying him at different ages. Each “Joe” reflects on his condition and the environment which surrounds him. A small boy, a teenager, a young adult, a middle-aged man, and an old man provide a textual and physical journey through time which examines what it means to live in a free society.
