Fundamental

Fundamental explores the public hunger for spiritual affirmation and the manipulation of that hunger by the media, mystics, entertainers, con artists and zealots. Using the sensationalism of WWF wrestling as inspiration, the production is a fast-paced satire of fundamentalism with a quick edit, jump cut aesthetic a la MTV. Be it religious zealotry or TV Psychics, this show exposes radical fanaticism by utilizing video, sound, media clips and a Battle Royal between our President and the axis of evil.
