For Real takes a glimpse into the lives of urbanites: clerks, typists, city-bound hitchhikers, a radiologist, a man who refuses to leave his apartment, a dangerously enthusiastic office temp, a guy at the airport with a pair of binoculars, and many quirky characters played by two actors.
