The Raw Impressions Music Theatre/PenneySeal Production of Dreams This Way: The Best of Raw Impressions Musical Theatre features eight of RIMT’s best ten-minute musicals. Represented are some of New York’s most talented emerging lyricists and composers, including Andrew Gerle, DJ Javerbaum, Timothy Mathis, Michael Moricz, David Rodwin, Trista Baldwin, Maryrose Wood, and Curtis Moore among others. With Jimmy Bennett, Gavin Esham, Patrick Mellen, Amanda Ryan Paige, Lucy Sorenson, and Jennifer Waldman.

Eight composers and eight lyricists who have never worked together are paired and given an assignment, a few actors, and 48 hours to turn in a first draft of a new 10-minute musical. Ten days later the final product is performed for the public…

Dreams This Way: The Best of Raw Impressions Music Theatre returns! RIMT challenges writers and lyricists to produce brand new 10-minute musicals in just 10 days! Over the last two years, RIMT has created and debuted 124 new mini-musicals and engaged more than 400 artists from New York to Los Angeles.
