Crazy for You

Winner of 9 Tony Awards, Crazy for You is based on the popular 1930 musical Girl Crazy, with music and lyrics by George and Ira Gershwin and a new book by Ken Ludwig. A stage-struck New York banker is sent to Deadrock, Nevada, to foreclose on a theater. He falls for the owner’s daughter and decides to put on a show in order to save the theater, impress the girl, and realize his showbiz fantasies. Memorable tunes include “Emraceable You,” “They Can’t Take That Away From Me” and “I Got Rhythm.”
