Common Grounds

New York City. Eight million people. Eight million stories. And eight million coffee shops. Common Grounds is an innovative dance musical set in a midtown coffee shop exploring how, in the most mundane of places, we can intersect with, ricochet off, and greatly impact each others lives. Commissioned by NYMF, this unique collaborative piece pairs six of the most talented up-and-coming choreographers working today with writers from past NYMF productions, who create a new score and book.
