About This Show

New York City’s longest running comedy revue celebrates its 20th anniversary. Unlike that long-running Broadway musical that’s closing its doors this fall, Chicago City Limits declares that they will, indeed, run now and forever. In its newest incarnation, the troupe pauses to look at post-millennial media culture. Highlights include a musical devoted to the Elian Gonzales fiasco, a politically incorrect debate on social injustice, deranged parodies of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” and “Jeopardy,” and a good old fashioned radio show — with a few outrageous twists. Chicago City Limits performs pre-written sketches along with improvising scenes and songs based on suggestions called out by audience members.

Chicago City Limits welcomes back its creators and original cast for two reunion performances ONE NIGHT ONLY on June 9 8:30pm and 10pm.
