Blurring Boundaries: John Zorn

The best of today’s Downtown music scene comes to the Abrons with Blurring Boundaries, a new concert series of acclaimed experimental and avant musician-composers. Curated by Tonic’s Melissa Caruso-Scott, the series presents some of the most adventurous genre-blending artists working today.

To launch the series, Abrons Arts Center welcomes the astonishingly prolific composer, arranger, record producer, saxophonist, and MacArthur Foundation Genius Grant winner John Zorn. Blurring together every conceivable musical style and influence in his signature high energy style, Zorn just might blow the roof off the Playhouse!
