About the Show
Artaud Le Momo depicts the final hour of a nine year confinement of actor-author Antonin Artaud in an insane asylum at Rodez, France. While there he is given electro-shock treatments and drug injections while faced with a nymphomaniacal nurse, a sadistic doctor, a muscular attendant, and spirits of his own peyote-induced hallucinations.
