An Order of Chaos

An Order of Chaos is a full-length play which is improvised to audience suggestions. The setting is a nice, upscale restaurant. The audience, cast as patrons of the place, orders a full-length play by the course. The performers act out the orders, no matter how wacky. Created last Spring by Freestyle Rep, it’s the latest brainstorm in the ongoing evolution of long-form improvisational theater. In its debut last Spring, it proved to be a great crowd-pleaser, delighting houses of all types with the challenge of ordering the play and the ingenuity of the performers in fulfilling it.
