About the Show
When the CEO of the Ariel Sneaker Corporation decides to move his labor base to Vietnam, worker Martin Jones (whose voice bears a striking resemblance to a certain American film icon) and Eve (his very pregnant wife) try to talk him out of it. It fails miserably. A kidnapping attempt with handcuffs and a broken piece of drug paraphernalia ensues, just as Pro basketball player Byron DeCash shows up with his entourage, wanting to talk about his endorsement contract. A Jimmy Stewart Kind of World is a play about America, pop culture, celebrity, and religion, all wrapped up in a murderously miraculous holiday ending.
