2020: A Fantasy

Strange Bird Productions presents 2020: A Fantasy, a new dark comedy by Raven Petretti. Ken Wolf directs Gabrielle Wagner and Timothy Babcock in a satirical look at the relationship of a married couple with opposing political views as the contentious upcoming election approaches.

In a normally serene upscale town in New Jersey, the sound of bombs are going off with only four months to go until the presidential election. Through this disruption an attractive fortysomething married couple strive to keep their sex life alive when a heated argument exposes their passionate but contradictory politics. But does he lock her into a jail like “bomb shelter” from his masculine sense of protection or the desire to tame a Democratic shrew?
