Naked

Classic Stage Company brings an all-star cast to this updated version of Luigi Pirandello’s Naked. Academy Award winner Mira Sorvino (Mighty Aphrodite) and Golden Globe nominee Daniel Benzali (Murder One) will lend their talents to this remarkable drama. The story follows Ersilia, a young woman hounded by the press after the death of a child entrusted to her care. When famous novelist Ludovico Nota offers her refuge, he insists that she tell her whole story. Bit by bit she reveals the truth as well as revealing herself. Pirandello’s breathtaking play, a kind of philosophical detective piece, is part murder mystery, part literary puzzle and part high drama.
