Call the Children Home

Primary Stages presents Call the Children Home, a world premiere musical by the late Thomas Babe (book) and Mildred Kayden (music and lyrics). Directed by Kent Gash, with music supervision by Danny Holgate, it is set in the Storyville district of New Orleans in the early 1900’s when America was discovering jazz music. An elegant mystery unfolds involving the willful Kathleen who is in search of her birth mother and the brooding Henry who arrives in New Orleans to avenge the death of his brother. The cast includes Christiane Noll, Tamara Tunie and Sean McDermott.
