About the Show
Acclaimed film and theater director Rezo Gabriadze brings his moving world of puppet theater from the Republic of Georgia to Lincoln Center Festival 2002. Autumn of My Springtime is a delicate synthesis of puppetry, art, cinema, poetry, music, and drama. The performance is based on a bittersweet Georgian folktale about a whimsical magpie’s pursuit for love and truth.
