About This Show

Feinstein’s at the Regency celebrates Black History Month with the new show NYC Music Roots. The show stars acclaimed TV personality Marla Gibbs and features some of the most celebrated musicians in jazz, such as Frank Owens, Byron Stripling, Grady Tate, George Rabbai, Mark Vinci, Jay Leonhart, Wilber Bascomb, and more.

In conjuctoin with the 2003 Harlem Music & Jazz Festival, they will pay tribute to African American music icons such as Louis Armstrong, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and Lester Young.

Tuesday through Thursday 8:30 PM shows, and Friday 11:00 PM show – $45 cover and $30.00 minimum; Friday 8:30 PM shows and Saturday 8:30 PM and 11:00 PM shows – $60 cover and $30 minimum. Jackets are suggested, but not required.
