Miscast 2014

MCC Theater’s annual Miscast gala is one of the most exciting and unique theater events in town. Broadway’s hottest stars perform songs from roles in which they would NEVER be cast. And the results are thrilling!

The roster of performers for Miscast 2014 includes Sasha Allen (“The Voice,” Hair); Tony Award winner Christian Borle (“The Sound of Music Live!,” Peter and the Starcatcher); Zosia Mamet (“Girls,” MCC’s Really Really); Jesse L. Martin (“Law and Order,” Rent); Tony Award winner Lin-Manuel Miranda (In the Heights, Encores! Merrily We Roll Along); Nicole Parker (“MADtv,” Wicked); Steven Pasquale (The Bridges of Madison County, “Rescue Me”); Tony Award winner Anika Noni Rose (Upcoming A Raisin in the Sun, Dreamgirls film); and Tony Award nominee Keala Settle (Hands on a Hardbody, upcoming Les Miserables), with more to be announced.**
