The Cost of Loving Index includes selections ranging from Brecht & Weill, Lerner & Loewe, Peggy Lee and Spoliansky to Kander & Ebb, Sondheim, Bernstein, Maltby & Shire, Rupert Holmes, and Adam Guettel.
