Life with Yia Yia

Life with Yia Yia, an original piece produced by One World Or None Productions, is written and performed by George Trahanis, a Greek-American playwright. The show depicts an artist’s journey through life, within the shelter (and confines) of his heritage. Accompanying him on his sojourn are his parents, cousins, neighbors, friends and, especially his – and every Greek boy’s – closest companion, his grandmother, or “yia-yia.”
